The Studio Designer Support Team is currently utilizing Zendesk to track all support tickets. If you would like to track the status of your support requests, follow the steps below:
First, create a Zendesk account:
1. Log into https://studiodesignersupport.zendesk.com/
2. In the upper right hand corner, select "Sign In"
3. Once the Sign in screen opens, enter the email address that you use to email Studio Designer Support and click "Forgot password".
4. You will receive an email with instructions on how to set up a password.
Then, log into ZenDesk:
5. Click on your name and select "My Activities".
6. Click on "My activities" to:
- View a history of your communications with the the Studio Designer Support team
- Check the status of your support requests
