Select edit to view or edit an existing contact. Select the New Contact button to add a new contact.

Address ID: The address ID of the address record this contact is related to.

Name: The name of the contact.

Title: The title of the contact.

Note: The brief note about the contact.

Phone: The contact’s personal phone number.

Mobile: The contact’s personal mobile phone number.

Fax: The contact’s personal fax number.

Email: The contact’s personal email address.

Email Quotes: Email quotes defines if this contact should have a request for quotes emailed to them. If checked, this contact will have a request for quotes for this vendor emailed to them. This is generally only checked for contacts for vendor, showroom and manufacturer addresses.

Email Proposals: Email proposals defines if this contact should have proposals emailed to them. If checked, this contact will have proposals for this client or project emailed to them. This is generally only checked for client and project addresses.

Email Orders: Email orders defines if this contact should have orders emailed to them. If checked, this contact will have orders for this vendor emailed to them. This is generally only checked for contacts for vendor, showroom and manufacturer addresses.

Email Invoices:  Email invoices defines if this contact should have invoices emailed to them. If checked, this contact will have invoices for this client or project emailed to them. This is generally only checked for contacts for client and project addresses.
