Why cant I email Proposals, Orders, or Invoices?

If you go to share/email a document and the “From” section at the very top it is blank that is exactly why.

You need to make sure that you have an email address entered for yourself under “My Employees” and when you do this “From” section will show your name followed by your email.

 

Go to Settings > My Employees > Locate yourself and select “Edit” > enter your email under the email field.

Now when you go back to share/email a document you will noticed the “From” section is properly populated and you will be able to send this document.
