How to Add a New Client or Vendor

How do I add a new client? How do I add a new vendor?

As a designer staying in contact with clients, vendors, manufacturers, and other businesses comes with the territory. With Studio Designer users can keep a database of all their clients, vendors, manufacturers, etc. This database is better known as Addresses.

In Version 2.0 there are two ways to create a new client or vendor. To add a new client or new vendor, do one of the following two routes:

Through “Projects”

  1. Go to Projects in the side menu dashboard and select Addresses.Projects_-_New_Client___Vendor_-_Step_1.png
  2. This will lead you to the Addresses page.
  3. Next click on New Address.Projects_-_New_Client___Vendor_-_Step_2.png
  4. Once the Address page opens, fill out all the necessary fields and make sure the Type section is set to Client or Vendor.
  5. Then click on Save.New_-_New_Client___Vendor_-_Step_2.png

Through “New”

  1. Go to New in the side menu dashboard and select Address.New_-_New_Client___Vendor_-_Step_1.png
  2. Once the Address page opens, fill out all the necessary fields and make sure the Type section is set to Client or Vendor.
